Front office merupakan departement yang ada disebuah hotel yang memiliki tugas mengangani tamu check in, check out, memberikan informasi hotel dan lainnya. Dalam melakukan kegiatannya setiap hari, petugas front office hampir selalu melakukan percakapan dengan tamu salah satunya adalah percakapan pada saat tamu akan melakukan check out. P: good afternoon sir, how are you this afternoon, do you want to check out now ?
G: good afternoon. I am good,yes i want to check out now, but sorry i am late for a several minutes.
P: that's no problem sir. that often happened on the guest when they check out, because that is very          busy at check out time.
G: am I got an extra charge for it ?
P: no sir.. our room weren't booked on this week. may i know your name please ??
G: Joe
P: may i know room number please ?
G: 501
P: alright mr. Joe, I will check your identity
     thank you for waiting mr. Joe. your full name is Joe Hendru, and you stay at room 501 start from 7 februari until 12 february. is that correct ?
G: yes that's correct
P: your Last total bill are $ 531,25. would you like to pay by cash or credit card ?
G: I will pay by cash
P: Alright mr. Joe , can you sign here ??
G: of course
P: so, how is everything during you stay with us sir ??
G: Perfect, the bathroom is very nice. its semi outdoor, and the bed is comfortable, but we little bit disappointed with the with the pool. because in the morning it is dirty,so we can't swim in the morning.
P: we are apologize for the pool is dirty in the morning, because the cleaner can't clean it before 10 a.m.
G: oh no problem. but we had nice swim last night, the water is warm.
P: thank you mr. Joe to choose our hotel for your trip. we hope you enjoy during stay with us. and I hope you come back here again in your next. And have a nice trip mr.Joe.
G: thank you, i will.
